Drew
Involvement at NCF:
Drew Walsh has been involved on and off in the worship ministry at Ethos since July of 2009. As of January 2010, however, Drew is excited to officially be a part of the NCF team as the Ethos Worship Pastor.

Mission statement:
I am a pastoral musician whose call first and foremost is to lead people to the throne of God. I am interested not only in being a leader of worship, but also being someone who grows the kingdom of God and elevates people’s concept of who God is. I want to pass on to the next generation a noble, undimmed and undiminished concept of God.

Personal Info:
Happily married to Becky since 2007. Father of a one year old beagle/German shepherd named Bailey. Currently attending APU to obtain a MA in Pastoral Studies w/an emphasis in Worship Leadership.

Hobbies:
Building guitars, playing guitars, beating my wife in board games, watching LOST, and playing with Bailey

Dave

Dave Johnson has been serving at Neighborhood Christian Fellowship since October of 2003.  He started as the Director of the Skate Hole and worked in that capacity for a few months until moving into the role of Youth Pastor.  Dave has become the Family Life Pastor of Neighborhood Christian Fellowship and is one of the main teaching pastors of Ethos. Dave is passionate about bringing the Bible to life in his teaching and he is passionate about seeing the church become the revolutionary body that it was created to be.  He has a Masters in Christian Education from Azusa Pacific University and is ordained in the Wesleyan Church. Dave is also a frequent blogger, his writings can be found at www.reclaimthebeauty.com Dave married his best friend Desiree in 2007. Dave and Desiree have a daughter named Emma who was born in August of 2009.

Holland

Holland is constantly trying to discern what it means to live an incarnational and missional lifestyle.  She is passionate about helping people to grow deeper in their faith and figure out how to live in the Kingdom of God in everyday life, and she is thrilled with the opportunity to be a part of the Ethos team.  Holland is a soon-to-be ordained minister with The Wesleyan Church and is currently working on her Master of Divinity (M.Div.) at Azusa Pacific University.
